30 GB DVDs on the way
Just when you thought that new dual-layer DVD burner would last you a while, Toshiba and Clariant decide to dig in and create a 30 GB HD-DVD disc. HD-DVD itself is still in the prototype stages, as is rival format Blu-ray, so who knows whether we'll actually see production models.
